Request a custom quoteDeployment fees are separate from user licences and from infrastructure, maintenance and AI usage costs. Installation on the client’s infrastructure does not entail any transfer of ownership of the software or its source code. The applicable terms are defined contractually.
AI credits included, never unlimited.
Every subscription includes a monthly allowance of AI credits, shared among the organisation’s authorised users. Usage varies with the task, the documents processed and the tools used.
Once the allowance is used up, AI processing is suspended until the quota renews or a top-up is voluntarily purchased. Files, documents and other business functions remain accessible. No overage is ever billed without the administrator’s explicit consent.
The number of credits included, processing limits and top-up prices are specified before any subscription.
Annual payment
12 months paid in advance: −10% on the total. The amount actually billed is shown before payment.
Named accounts
No set-up fees for standard Cloud subscriptions. DUO and TEAM prices are calculated according to the number of users. Private deployments and specific services are offered on quote.

The UEMOA CFA franc (XOF) and the CEMAC CFA franc (XAF) have the same value. Indicative conversions: 1 EUR = 655.957 FCFA (fixed parity), 1 USD = 589.72 FCFA, 1 NGN = 0.4376 FCFA, 1 MUR = 12.40 FCFA, 1 AED = 160.58 FCFA. Prices excl. tax; any applicable taxes specified before payment. Migration, in-depth training and specific connectors not included.
What governs our offers.
For standard Cloud subscriptions, account creation and standard initial configuration are included. Installations on client servers, dedicated environments, specific integrations, complex migrations and customisation services are billed on quote.
Subscriptions, AI credits and services on quote are billed separately. The subscription terms, the data processing agreement and the security annex are provided to each organisation.
