The Demonstration is presented on the /demonstration/ page.
Article 3 — Access to the Demonstration
3.1 Access without an account
The Demonstration is accessible without creating an account. The Visitor is solely responsible for the equipment, connection and browser used to access it, and for the related costs.
3.2 Duration of access
Access to the Demonstration is limited to a period of twenty-four (24) hours, calculated from the first entry into the Demonstration on the device used. Upon expiry of that period, access to the Demonstration from that device may be terminated.

Article 4 — Fictitious Data and Inputs
4.1 Entirely fictitious data
The data presented in the Demonstration are entirely fictitious. Any resemblance to existing persons, files, deeds or transactions is purely coincidental. The Fictitious Data constitute neither a validated deed template nor legal, tax or accounting information, and may not be used as such.
4.2 Local storage of Inputs

5.3 Consequences
Any entry made in breach of this Article shall be made at the sole and entire responsibility of the Visitor, who shall indemnify the Publisher against any claim, action or sanction arising therefrom. The Visitor acknowledges that such an entry may constitute a breach of the Visitor’s own legal, regulatory or professional conduct obligations.
Article 6 — AI Agents

The related screens are presented for illustrative purposes only; the content shown on them is fictitious and pre-established and does not result from any processing by an artificial intelligence model. It is without prejudice to the outputs that the AI agents would produce under a subscription.
Article 7 — Availability and changes to the Demonstration
7.1 No warranty
The Demonstration is provided free of charge, on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Publisher does not warrant its availability, its continuity, the absence of errors, anomalies or interruptions, or its compatibility with the Visitor’s equipment.

The Publisher may, at any time and without notice, modify, reset, suspend or close the Demonstration, in whole or in part, or restrict access to it, without the Visitor being entitled to any compensation whatsoever.
Article 8 — No subscription contract
Access to the Demonstration does not form any subscription contract for the Solution and does not confer on the Visitor any right to use the Solution beyond the Demonstration. It entails no obligation, for either the Publisher or the Visitor, to enter into such a contract. Any subscription to the Solution shall be made exclusively in accordance with the procedure described on the /souscription/ page and shall be governed by the applicable general terms and conditions of sale and special terms and conditions, published on the /juridique/ page.

The Demonstration, the Solution and all their components, including software, interfaces, screens, structures, databases, texts, Fictitious Data, graphics, trade marks and logos, are operated by the Publisher under the rights it owns or which have been licensed to it. Article 11 — Liability
11.1 Publisher’s liability
In view of the free, temporary and illustrative nature of the Demonstration, the Publisher shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind resulting from access or inability to access the Demonstration, its use, the loss of Inputs, or any decision taken by the Visitor on the basis of the Demonstration or the Fictitious Data, save in the event of gross negligence or wilful misconduct and subject to applicable mandatory provisions.

The Visitor is solely responsible for the Visitor’s use of the Demonstration and for the Inputs made therein. The Visitor shall indemnify the Publisher against any claim arising from use contrary to these terms.
Article 12 — Personal data
The Publisher does not collect the Inputs, which remain stored on the Visitor’s device under the conditions of Article 4.2.
